What matters is the source. Every video is built from your listing's own photos. We don't substitute stock footage or interiors from another property.
Will it show rooms that don't exist?
No. The walkthrough only covers what your photo set covers. If a room isn't in the photos, it isn't in the video.
Buyers and renters both commit off video without ever standing in the property, so it has to hold up the day they walk in.
What if our listing photos are bad?
Bad lighting and odd angles we can work with, and usually improve. What we can't do is invent coverage: if the whole unit is four dark photos, the walkthrough will be short.
Send it anyway. We'll tell you before you pay whether it's worth doing.
What if we don't like it?
You don't pay. You watch the finished walkthrough on the call before any invoice goes out — if it isn't right, we simply don't send one.
Small changes are easier than that. Swapping the music, reordering a room, correcting a rent figure on screen — say it while we're on the call and we handle it there.
We'd rather lose the fee than have you post something that undersells the property.
When do we actually see it?
On the call. We build the walkthrough from your listing before we speak, so the first time you hear from us there is already something to watch — not a pitch deck and not a quote.
You confirm it there and then. We email an invoice straight after, and the finished files are sent as soon as payment clears. Nothing is charged before you've seen the video in full.
